Collectively known as Duo, this prestigious mixed-use development by M+S Pte Ltd is a joint venture between Khazanah Nasional and Temasek Holdings under the land swop deal concluded by Singapore and Malaysia in 2010.

Flanked by The Gateway and Parkview Square, Duo has been thoughtfully designed to incorporate its neighbouring buildings via a plaza, located in the centre of the commercial and residential towers. This plaza will act as a a new public nexus between the historic Kampong Glam area and the extension of Singapore’s commercial corridor.

Duo is designed to ensure maximum flow of traffic via leisure zones and garden that are accessible to the public 24 hours a day. Connected via underground pedestrian linkways to the upcoming Bugis MRT Interchange, the leisure zones and gardens will act as connector to the train station and the surrounding office towers. The gardens will add a tropical lush setting while giving a buzz to the communal activities springing up next to them.

Duo is project managed by UEM Land and CapitaLand Limited and has already been recognised internationally with an award in the “Best Futura Project” category at the recent MIPIM Awards 2012. Duo’s estimated gross development value (GDV) is S$3 billion and is expected to TOP by 2017.
